About Me

I grew up in Southwest Florida and relocated to Houston, MO in 2020 with my family for a small town life. Best decision I have ever made! I am a Navy Vereran and spent the majority of my career in the medical field. I first attended school at Florida Academy of Massage in 2003, but decided not to pursue my license at that time instead focussing on raising my two young children.

Once they were grown I went back to school and did the entire program again, this time obtaining my license as a massage therapist. I workekd as a massage therapist in Florida for four years both in private practice and in unison with a chiropractor. I am trained in multiple modalities including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, medical massage, and myofacial release, I am well versed in the treatment of sciatic pain. 

I recently transferred my licensing to and opened my own practice near downtown Houston, MO. I look forward to serving my new community and helping to bring relaxation and restorative care to everyone in it.
